Security Guard – Full time / Part-Time

About the role

Vision Sécurité Inc. is expanding across Ontario. We need licensed, reliable Security Guards who combine vigilance with first-class customer service. You will safeguard people, property and information while upholding the professional standards our clients expect.

Key responsibilities

- Perform scheduled interior/exterior/CCTV patrols per post orders;
- Control access points, verify credentials and maintain visitor logs;
- Respond calmly to alarms, emergencies or medical incidents; draft clear incident reports;
- Enforce client policies (trespass, workplace safety, etc.);
- Provide courteous assistance and accurate directions to staff and visitors;
- Liaise with law-enforcement or emergency services when required;
- Document shift activities and irregularities in real time.

Minimum requirements

- Valid Ontario Security Guard Licence (will be verified);
- Current First Aid / CPR level C certificate;
- Ability to walk/stand for long periods and lift up to 20 kg (45 lb);
- Strong English communication skills; additional languages an asset;
- Professional appearance; impeccable punctuality and reliability;
- Availability for rotating shifts, evenings, nights and weekends as assigned;




- Successful background check and completion of company aptitude assessment.

Assets that set you apart

- Experience with CCTV, access-control software or dispatch consoles;
- Customer-facing security in retail, commercial or condominium settings;
- Use-of-force or crisis-intervention training (MOAB, CPI, PPCT, etc.);
- Clean Class G driver’s licence and reliable transportation.

Compensation & benefits

- Starting rate: $17.20 – $28.50/hour (site-dependent);
- Paid statutory holidays and overtime per ESA;
