Help Deliver One of Canada's Largest Amazon Connect Transformation Programmes

Areti is partnering with a leading enterprise organisation undertaking a major CCaaS, Amazon Connect and Agentic AI transformation programme.

We're looking for an experienced Amazon Connect Engineer to play a key role in designing, building and integrating next-generation customer engagement solutions across multiple business units. Candidates must have strong Amazon Connect and CCaaS experience and be comfortable working within complex enterprise environments.

What You'll Be Doing

? Designing and implementing Amazon Connect solutions

? Delivering integrations between Amazon Connect and enterprise platforms

? Supporting large-scale contact centre migration initiatives

? Building Agentic AI and automation capabilities

? Working closely with Architects, Product Teams and Business Stakeholders





? Mentoring engineers and promoting best practice

? Supporting end-to-end solution delivery across the programme

What We're Looking For

? Strong hands-on Amazon Connect experience

? Proven CCaaS implementation expertise

? AWS integration experience

? Contact centre transformation project experience

? Enterprise-scale technology delivery background

? Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
