Job Title: Senior Business Analyst PowerApps / Power Automate / Power BI / SharePoint

Location: Toronto, ON M5G 2L3, Canada (Hybrid Onsite 3 days/week)

Duration: 9-12+ Months (Possible Extension)

Pay Rate: $Market/Hour CAD + HST

Eligibility: Open to Canadian Citizens, Permanent Residents, and valid Work Permit holders

Key Requirements

Senior Business Analyst with strong Portfolio Management experience

Resource management, prioritization & Current Work Intake (NWI)

Expert MS365 experience: PowerApps, Power Automate, Power BI, SharePoint & Excel

Experience building and rolling out enterprise/portfolio-wide solutions

Executive-level Power BI dashboards, KPIs & reporting

Business process modeling, workflows & swim-lane diagrams

Requirements gathering, documentation, stakeholder engagement & change management

Experience with governance/gating, resource capacity and demand planning

Strong communication, analytical and problem-solving skills

Copilot/AI tools experience is an asset

Ideal Candidate: A Senior BA who can bridge business requirements, portfolio management, process improvement and Microsoft 365 solution development, from requirements through build, testing, rollout and training.
