Background: The organization is undertaking several initiatives to improve asset visibility, inventory management, and operational efficiency across a large and complex supply chain environment. These initiatives require structured change management support to ensure that recent processes, systems, and capabilities are successfully implemented and adopted. Senior change management expertise is required to support requirements development, process definition, and organizational readiness throughout project delivery.

Tasks

- Develop concise, executive-ready MVP change management plans, frameworks, and tools.
- Provide senior-level CM advisory and guidance for large-scale ERP and supply chain transformations.




- Develop and implement change management strategies and plans to support transformation initiatives.
- Conduct stakeholder impact assessments and change readiness analysis.
- Designing and conducting a change readiness assessment to plan and carry out a change management strategy.
- Develop business process flows and contribute to requirements documentation (e.g., Functional Design Specifications).
- Facilitate workshops to gather input, validate requirements, and support solution development.
- Develop communications and training materials to support adoption of new processes.
- Identify and manage change risks and resistance.
- Define and track adoption metrics and performance indicators to monitor change outcomes.
