Location Address: Hybrid - Toronto – 2-3 days/week – team will coordinate to come in at the same time, no set days; possibility that it increases to 4/week during the contract

Contract Duration: 10/01/2026 to 06/30/2027 (Possibility of Extension)

Schedule Hours: 9am-5pm Monday-Friday – specific times flexible, could be 8:30-4; standard 37.5 hrs/week

Story Behind the Need Business group: Canadian Banking Analytics – focused on Credit Card engagement team

Project: Credit Card engagement team – working on large initiative to rebranding and re-engaging customers.

Typical Day in Role

Design and integrate customer segmentation, channel analytics, campaign optimizations and recommendation/decision engines to help elevate our customer's experiences across various channels and move to a personalized 1:1 customer journey.

Synthesize data across multiple platforms to identify trends and deliver key insights and business recommendations around a customer-first approach to driving engagement and results across our marketing channels and campaigns, to then bringing these recommendations to market through execution and measurement.

Explore and incorporate new data sources to enhance customer experience

Work closely with partners to review findings and insights regarding campaign performance





Ability to validate and measure effectiveness of customer/channel/campaign strategies to continually make ongoing changes and improvements.

Effectively communicate results of highly technical projects to stakeholders and deliver high quality, high impact analytical solutions to business problem

Candidate Requirements/Must Have Skills

- 8+ years of experience as a Data Analyst, working with datasets, both structured and unstructured data
- 8+ years' advanced SQL skills (coding capability)
- 3+ years' experience with Python
- 1+ year reporting experience with PowerBI

Nice-To-Have Skills:
- Google Cloud, Hadoop, Big Data, Data Lake experience
- Experience in Adobe Analytics be an asset
- Experience in marketing analytics is highly preferred
- Previous experience with Banks/ FI is nice to have

Education Bachelor's degree in related field

Best VS. Average Candidate:

A strong analytical mindset and intellectual curiosity.

Robust Data analytics experience and proven ability to code in SQL and Python.

Recent experience in marketing analytics is highly preferred and Adobe Analytics will be an asset

Ability to work independently and solve problems with minimal guidance.

Skill in distilling complex data into clear, concise insights.

Proactive approach to identifying opportunities and driving solutions.
