Insight Global is seeking a Senior Manager/Director, ServiceNow for a top professional services and consulting client. This candidate will lead large-scale ServiceNow transformation programs while serving as a strategic advisor to executive stakeholders across public and private sector organizations. The ideal individual brings a blend of delivery leadership, client relationship management, and business development expertise, with a proven track record of growing accounts and leading consulting teams.

This role offers the opportunity to help shape and expand a national ServiceNow practice, drive strategic growth initiatives, and position themselves for future Partner-level leadership within a high-performing consulting environment.

Required Skills & Experience

- 7-10+ years of leadership experience within a consulting environment
- Experience leading large-scale enterprise transformation and ServiceNow delivery programs
- Demonstrated business development experience including sales pursuits, proposals, and RFP responses® Proven ServiceNow consulting expertise




- Executive-level client relationship management and stakeholder engagement
- Experience managing, coaching, and mentoring consulting teams
- History of growing revenue, expanding accounts, and building delivery backlog
- Robust communication, presentation, and executive presence
- Ability to balance business development with delivery leadership responsibilities
- Experience supporting both public and private sector clients

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

- Big Four or major consulting firm background (KPMG, Deloitte, Accenture, IBM, Cognizant, etc.)
- Existing ServiceNow partner and industry relationships
- Federal Government consulting experience
- Practice-building and capability development experience
- Experience scaling a ServiceNow or technology consulting practice
- History of leading high-value sales pursuits and strategic accounts
- Demonstrated Partner-track leadership potential
- Experience growing and leading ServiceNow teams within a national consulting practice
