Jobtailor in Burlington, Ontario, is seeking a Senior Payroll Leader to oversee end-to-end U.S. and Canadian payroll, lead the payroll team, and partner with Finance, HR, and external vendors to ensure data integrity and timely reporting. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance/HR, CPP or PCP preferred, 5–7 years in payroll with at least 3 in leadership, and hands-on experience with ADP Workforce Now, ADP GlobalView, Oracle HCM Cloud, HRIS, and advanced Excel.
