Join Sanctuary Personnel as a Senior Practitioner within the Specialist Exploitation Team, based in Redbridge. This full time role focuses on assessing exploitation risks and direct support to young people. As a Senior Practitioner, you will utilize your social work expertise to identify and mitigate risks associated with criminal and sexual exploitation.

Your work involves statutory safeguarding, building trusted relationships with young people, and coordinating responses among various agencies. You will also lead disruption planning while maintaining comprehensive records of your findings. Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and assess exploitation risks including county lines and gangs
- Conduct statutory safeguarding work and progress cases accordingly
- Apply contextual safeguarding in various settings
- Foster trusted relationships with young people through support work
- Coordinate multi-agency responses and lead MASE panels Requirements:
- Degree or equivalent in Social Work
- Current Social Work England Registration
