Vention is looking for a Senior Product Designer (UI/UX) to craft exceptional digital experiences across our platform – from 3D machine design to automation and real‑time operation.
You’ll help define how users interact with a connected ecosystem of web and tablet applications used by thousands of manufacturers worldwide. This role combines deep user‑experience thinking with a strong sense of visual craft and systems design. We’re looking for someone who cares deeply about interaction design, typography, motion, and clarity — a designer who can turn complex workflows into simple, cohesive, and beautiful products.
Lead design for core flows in our 3D MachineBuilder, shaping how users design and assemble automation equipment. Simplify complex technical workflows into clear,
intuitive interfaces. Contribute to and evolve our design system to ensure speed, quality, and consistency across the platform.
Participate in user research, usability tests, and data‑driven design decisions. Present and explain your work clearly in design reviews, with rationale rooted in user needs and business impact. 4–7 years of product design experience, with at least part of it focused on software products beyond websites. ~ Portfolio that demonstrates strong UX problem‑solving, interaction design, and UI craft. ~ Experience designing complex tools or applications (ideally 3D, CAD, engineering, or assembly environments). ~ Experience with 3D/CAD tools (SolidWorks, Onshape, Rhino, Unity, Unreal, etc.). Knowledge of manufacturing, automation, or technical workflows.
