Qualifications

The role involves screening resumes, conducting interviews, and coordinating assessments to ensure the best fit for each position. Additionally, the candidate will develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates, providing ongoing support and guidance.

You will also be responsible for preparing detailed reports, tracking recruitment metrics, and ensuring compliance with organizational policies and legal requirements. Contributing to process improvement initiatives and staying updated on industry trends are vital aspects of this role. The position also entails participating in team meetings, training sessions,



and other activities aimed at professional development.
