About The Role We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Salesforce Developer to join our team remotely. In this role, you will work closely with our clients to understand their business requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions within the Salesforce ecosystem.

You will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing custom Salesforce applications using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura, and Flow. Your expertise will contribute to the success of high-impact projects across various industries such as technology, finance, and more. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of Salesforce architecture, development best practices, and a passion for delivering innovative solutions that meet client needs.

Qualifications Required qualifications include at least six years of hands-on experience with Salesforce Sales and Service Clouds, with a minimum of three years dedicated to Lightning Web Components development. Candidates should have a proven track record in requirements gathering, system design, development, testing, and documentation of Salesforce solutions.

Proficiency with version control systems like Git,



DevOps practices, and CI/CD pipelines is essential. Strong knowledge of Apex classes, Triggers, and API integrations is required. Candidates must demonstrate expert-level understanding of the Salesforce object model, SOQL, and SOSL.

Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and analytical problem-solving abilities are critical. Applicants must be legally eligible to work in Canada and able to provide proof of citizenship or valid visa.

Preferred qualifications include bilingual fluency in English and French, relevant certifications such as PD2, JavaScript Developer 1, or System Architect, and experience with data migration from legacy systems to Salesforce. Additional assets include familiarity with MuleSoft, third-party integrations (ERP systems), AngularJS, jQuery, Google Cloud Platform, and deploying applications to the Salesforce AppExchange.

Responsibilities

- Develop and enhance Salesforce applications leveraging Apex, Lightning Web Components, Aura, and Flow to meet client specifications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, architects, and consultants to ensure adherence to best practices and project standards.
- Perform comprehensive code reviews and ensure compliance with Salesforce coding standards and security guidelines.
- Provide ongoing end-user support, troubleshooting, and proactive recommendations to optimize Salesforce utilization.
- Engage with clients during meetings to communicate project status, gather feedback,



and present best practice solutions.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to the continuous enhancement of Salesforce delivery methodologies.
- Stay updated with the latest Salesforce features, industry trends, and emerging technologies to incorporate innovative solutions.
- Perform other duties as required to support project success and client satisfaction.
