LeverageTek is actively seeking a Senior Salesforce Developer for a 6-month contract with its Ottawa-based customer.

Work Location The successful candidate will be required to work 2 days per week on-site at the customer headquarters in Ottawa, ON. The remaining days may be performed remotely.

Key Tasks

- Collaborate with the project team to analyze and document requirements
- Design and develop Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and declarative customization tools
- Develop and maintain forms using OmniStudio (FlexCards and OmniScripts)
- Develop custom applications, workflows, triggers, and integration solutions
- Configure Salesforce objects, fields, page layouts, workflows, and approval processes aligned to public sector business processes
- Perform unit testing and support functional testers in defect resolution
- Troubleshoot and resolve defects and issues across Salesforce applications
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers and stakeholders
- Document technical specifications, solution designs, and development best practices
- Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and analytics to support data-driven decision-making
- Implement grants management, case management, citizen services, and regulatory compliance solutions using Salesforce Public Sector Applications
- Apply government-specific data models, security standards, and compliance regulations
- Configure role-based access controls, user permissions, and data sharing rules
- Deliver effort and task estimations to support project planning
- Provide regular written status reports on progress, risks, and upcoming activities

Key Qualifications

- Minimum 7 years of Salesforce development experience including Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce integrations
- Current Salesforce Platform Developer I certification (Platform Developer II
- Demonstrated experience with Salesforce Public Sector Solutions and OmniStudio (OmniScripts, FlexCards,



DataRaptors, and Integration Procedures)

Qualifications

- Demonstrated experience designing and implementing enterprise integrations using REST/SOAP APIs
- Experience working in public sector or regulated environments with knowledge of security, privacy, and compliance requirements
- Strong communication, documentation, estimation, and stakeholder engagement skills
- Experience with grants management, case management, or citizen services implementations considered an asset
