- Experience supporting and collaborating directly with stakeholders, external (public users) and internal business areas. Ability to co-ordinate and communicate necessary information well to all clients.
- Experience with various software development methodologies (i.e. agile, waterfall, scrum, Kanban, etc.).
- Experience working with cross-functional teams to understand detailed requirements and align the design to product vision and user needs - Senior leadership experience defining project scope, goals and deliverables such as roadmaps, governance, briefing notes, and business cases that support project goals in collaboration with business stakeholders.
- Experience leading project governance, change management and communication activities. A combination of the following experience is also required:
- Active PMP certification as issued by the Project Management Institute or equivalent (attach a copy of the certificate).
