Job Summary

We are seeking an energetic and dedicated Server to join our vibrant restaurant team! Duties

- Greet guests warmly and guide them to their tables with enthusiasm and professionalism
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Micros POS, ensuring quick and precise entry
- Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and quality
- Upsell menu items to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities
- Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering responsibilities
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of dining areas, utensils, and service stations in compliance with food safety standards
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and delivery, supporting smooth restaurant operations
- Provide exceptional guest services by addressing questions, special requests, or concerns promptly and courteously
- Assist with food preparation or setup when necessary to support overall restaurant functions




- Manage time effectively during busy hours to serve multiple tables efficiently without compromising service quality

Requirements

- Previous food service experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is highly preferred
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS for order processing and cashiering
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly, positive attitude
- Knowledge of food handling, sanitation, and safety procedures within the food industry
- Ability to manage time effectively during high-volume periods through excellent time management skills
- Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and bill splitting
- Experience in food preparation or kitchen operations is a plus but not required
- Demonstrated ability to upsell menu items confidently to enhance guest experience and revenue
- Excellent communication skills for guest interactions and teamwork within the restaurant environment
