Job Summary :

We are looking for an energetic and customer-focused Server/Bartender to join our team. The successful candidate will provide excellent food and beverage service, prepare a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, and create a welcoming and enjoyable experience for our guests.

This is a paid position in a fast-paced hospitality environment where strong communication, multitasking, and customer service skills are essential.

Responsibilities :

- Greet guests warmly and provide friendly, attentive service throughout their visit.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as MICROS POS or similar systems.
- Process orders efficiently and accurately to ensure timely service.
- Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic drinks.
- Follow applicable food safety, alcohol service, and responsible beverage service requirements.
- Handle cash, credit/debit transactions, and cashiering duties accurately.
- Balance and reconcile cash and payment transactions at the end of each shift.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar, dining area, and service stations.
- Follow proper food handling, sanitation, and workplace safety procedures.
- Communicate effectively with kitchen and front-of-house staff to ensure timely and accurate order delivery.
- Address guest questions, requests, and concerns professionally and promptly.
- Manage multiple tables, orders,



and bar responsibilities efficiently during busy periods.
- Maintain a positive, professional, and welcoming attitude at all times.
- Contribute to a clean, organized, and enjoyable atmosphere for guests and team members.

Qualifications :

- Previous experience in a restaurant, food service, hospitality, serving, or bartending environment is highly preferred.
- Previous serving or bartending experience in a fast-paced restaurant setting is considered an asset.
- Familiarity with POS systems such as MICROS POS or similar platforms.
- Knowledge of food safety, food handling, and sanitation practices.
- Knowledge of responsible alcohol service and applicable alcohol regulations.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Friendly, energetic, and professional attitude.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a busy environment.
- Strong time-management and organizational skills.
- Basic mathematical skills for order calculations, payments, and cash handling.
- Ability to work collaboratively with kitchen and front-of-house team members.
