Experience preferred, but a good attitude and the ability to carry 6 drinks while dodging bar stools will take you far.

- Can hustle when the bar gets slammed
- Doesn’t panic when someone says “I’ll have what they’re having”
- Can provide outstanding service without taking themselves too seriously
- Is reliable, friendly, and comfortable working in a lively dive-bar atmosphere
- Knows that “I’m just having one” is rarely true
