Job Summary

We are seeking a friendly and attentive Server/Bartender to join our dynamic hospitality team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional customer service, craft quality beverages, and create a welcoming atmosphere for all guests. This role requires strong multitasking skills, food and beverage knowledge, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Experience in the food industry and familiarity with POS systems are highly valued.

Duties

- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guests according to standard recipes and presentation guidelines
- Use POS systems such as Toast POS for order entry, billing, and cash handling
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including glassware, utensils, and supplies
- Ensure compliance with food safety and food handling regulations at all times
- Engage with customers to provide excellent hospitality experience, including serving food when necessary
- Manage cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering responsibilities
- Monitor guest consumption to promote responsible drinking and adherence to legal requirements
- Restock bar supplies as needed and assist with inventory management

Requirements





- Previous restaurant or food service experience preferred, especially in bartending or serving roles
- Knowledge of POS systems such as Toast POS is a plus
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with diverse guests
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during busy hours
- Basic math skills for cash handling and calculating drink recipes or bills
- Understanding of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism and attention to detail
- Hospitality mindset with a friendly demeanor and strong communication skills
- Must be of legal age to serve alcohol according to local regulations
