Job Summary

We are looking for a friendly and energetic Server/Cashier to join our team. In this role, you will be the face of our establishment, providing excellent guest service while efficiently handling food and beverage orders and transactions. Duties

- Take customer orders accurately using POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Micros POS, ensuring quick and correct processing of transactions.
- Provide friendly and attentive service to guests, answering questions about menu items and making recommendations to enhance their experience.
- Handle cash, credit card, and digital payments with precision, maintaining proper cash handling procedures.
- Assist in food preparation and serving, ensuring food safety standards are met and food is presented attractively.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of dining areas, workstations, and food handling zones in compliance with health regulations.




- Support upselling efforts by suggesting add-ons or specials to maximize guest satisfaction and sales.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and resolve any issues promptly.

Experience

- Prior experience in food service or hospitality is highly preferred; restaurant or food industry background is a plus.
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS or similar technology is advantageous.
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tables or orders efficiently during busy hours.
- Knowledge of food safety, sanitation practices, and basic food handling procedures.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and warmly with diverse guests.
- Basic math skills for cash handling, bill splitting, and transaction accuracy.
- Experience in serving or cashiering roles that demonstrate hospitality and guest-focused service.
