We are seeking individual to join our team in our growing service department. We are looking for a Service Advisor with strong customer service skills and the desire to work in a fast paced team environment.

- Experience with DMS Automotive Software
- Minimum of two years experience in the automotive industry
Responsibilities:
- Greeting customers and addressing concerns and needs in a timely fashion
- Fully documenting every job on work orders - from complaint to cause to correction
- Maintain clear and consistent communication with both the customer and technician.
- Ensuring that the customer’s expectations are met and that promised time is achieved
