Job Summary

Responsibilities

- Greet customers, gather service needs and open work orders
- Communicate job details between customers and technicians
- Schedule service appointments and manage the workflow of the service department.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, vehicle history, and service recommendations.
- Collaborate with technicians to ensure timely completion of services while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Collaborate with parts department

Requirements

- Experience in a truck shop, automotive, or related service environment
- Solid communication and organizational skills
- Strong computer skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting
- Knowledge of heavy-duty truck parts and repairs is a strong asset
- Preference will be given to experience with Karmak Fusion

Job Type: Full-time Pay: $25.00-$35.00 per hour
