Building lasting relationships with customers is a large part of this job. You must have excellent communication skills and be a strong leader. As Service Coordinator you would lead a team of service associates, so you need to have exceptional interpersonal skills. We consider experience in the windows and doors service industry.

Reporting to the Office Manager, the successful candidate will become an integral part of the service department's day-to-day operations.

Duties include but are not limited to:

- Review all incoming service requests assessing validity and determining if parts are required.
- Perform data entry tasks with attention to detail, ensuring all information is up to date.
- Develop a working relationship with production to ensure JIT completion of service parts and resolve any issues that arise.
- Coordinate with the Plant Manager any additional labour resources required on an as-needed basis
- Generate and manage fair work schedules for a team of service technicians, servicing the greater Ontario area.




- Utilize Microsoft Office to generate field reports for technicians and various other reports for dealers and management.
- Manage all external service technicians and Service calls.
- Politely and clearly communicate with homeowners &/or dealers to confirm appointments and ensure arrival expectations are communicated, via email &/or phone
- Generate all necessary paperwork for production in preparation for weekly service calls, ensuring all material is ready on time
- Review/Assess and fully understand completed field reports to determine the best course of action.
- Monitor customer issues to ensure fast response times and proper resolution.
- Prepare accurate monthly & weekly reports regarding status of service files for various departments
- Actively and effectively participate in regular meetings with upper management and/or the Service Team
- Manage & schedule Service Vehicle maintenance and repairs as needed/assigned
- Working knowledge of windows, entrance doors and patio doors is preferred

Pay: $65,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
