This course considers key concepts and forces involved in shaping curriculum decision making, theories of curriculum and practical aspects of planning, implementation, evaluation and research. The role involves planning, preparing, and delivering appropriate course content to students.
The instructor will manage classroom activities to ensure an optimal learning environment. Additionally, the instructor will evaluate student performance and provide consistent feedback,
while being mindful of and implementing culturally responsive teaching approaches.
Qualifications The candidate must possess a Master of Education and/or an equivalent combination of training and experience and be approved by the University of Regina. Solid interpersonal and communication skills, flexibility, and the ability to work effectively with Indigenous student populations are essential assets.
