Contract: 12 months I extension and FTE depend on business needs

Role Responsibilities / Typical Day in Role:

- Support the seamless migration of clients from a legacy platform to a new application.
- Review customer file requirements and analyze inbound files.
- Make the necessary administrative and system configuration changes
- Activate customers and support go – live activates
- Contact customers as required and monitor successful post – migration processing.

Must Have Skills:

- Minimum 1+ year of experience in Cash Management.
- Hands-on experience supporting client migration or implementation projects.
- Experience with SFTP setup, implementation, and troubleshooting.

Nice-To-Have Skills:

- Strong attention to detail.
- Customer support or client-facing experience is considered an asset.
- Experience managing and engaging with stakeholders.

Soft Skills:

- Strong time management and organization skills.




- Excellent Written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively within cross-functional teams.

Educational Requirements:

- Post-secondary education in Information Technology (IT) or a related field.
