Responsibilities

- Prepare and cook shawarma using traditional methods, ensuring authentic flavor and presentation.
- Handle food preparation tasks such as marinating meats, chopping vegetables, and assembling ingredients efficiently.
- Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene throughout all stages of food handling and preparation.
- Serve customers promptly with a friendly attitude, ensuring a positive dining experience.
- Manage kitchen operations including maintaining cleanliness, organizing ingredients, and adhering to health regulations.




- Assist in meal preparation for various menu items to support the overall kitchen workflow.
- Monitor inventory levels of ingredients and communicate needs for restocking to ensure smooth service.

Qualifications

- Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments, particularly with Middle Eastern cuisine or shawarma preparation.
- Strong skills in food handling, cooking techniques, and meal preparation.
- Knowledge of food safety standards and best practices in kitchen hygiene.
- Previous experience working in a busy kitchen or food industry setting is highly desirable.
- Excellent serving skills with a friendly, customer-focused approach.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
- Kitchen experience that demonstrates reliability, teamwork, and adaptability.
