In this energetic role, you will be responsible for preparing, assembling, and packaging shawarma products on the production line. Duties

- Operate and monitor shawarma assembly lines to ensure consistent product quality and efficiency
- Package finished products accurately using proper techniques to minimize waste and ensure freshness
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations, adhering strictly to food safety regulations
- Assist with loading and unloading ingredients and supplies using basic mechanical knowledge and equipment such as forklifts when certified
- Conduct routine inspections of equipment and production areas to identify maintenance needs or safety hazards
- Follow all safety protocols related to food processing, sanitation, and machinery operation




- Support the team in maintaining accurate documentation of production activities, including quality checks and inventory levels
- Cooking and cutting meat

Qualifications

- Previous experience in the food industry or manufacturing environment is preferred but not required; training will be provided
- Basic math skills for measuring ingredients, portioning, and inventory management
- Mechanical knowledge or experience operating machinery such as slicers or packaging equipment is a plus
- Familiarity with food safety standards and sanitation practices in food processing environments
- Ability to perform physical tasks including standing for extended periods, lifting moderate loads, and performing repetitive motions
- Solid attention to detail, organization skills, and a commitment to maintaining high hygiene standards
- Certification in forklift operation is advantageous but not mandatory; training will be available for qualified candidates
