We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Shift Supervisor to lead our retail team during peak hours and ensure smooth store operations. Responsibilities

- Supervise daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and inventory management
- Lead and motivate team members to achieve sales goals and deliver outstanding customer service
- Oversee merchandising, pricing, and product placement to maximize sales potential
- Manage POS (Point of Sale) systems for transactions, refunds, and returns with accuracy and efficiency
- Coordinate recruiting efforts by participating in interviewing and onboarding new staff members
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and ensure a positive shopping experience
- Monitor store safety protocols, perform regular audits, and ensure compliance with company policies
- Assist with payroll processing, scheduling, and administrative tasks such as bookkeeping and record keeping

- Strong leadership abilities with proven supervising experience in retail or sales environments
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with team members and customers in multiple languages if bilingual or multilingual
- Proficiency in POS systems, cash handling, and basic math for transactions and budgeting purposes
- Skilled in merchandising, pricing strategies, and store management principles
- Experience in recruiting, training & development of staff, and team management techniques
- Ability to manage time efficiently while juggling multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting
- Sound organizational skills with attention to detail for inventory control and administrative tasks
- Knowledge of marketing strategies to promote store initiatives and sales campaigns
