We are looking for a hands-on Site Leader who enjoys leading people, serving customers and making sure a busy warehouse and customer-facing operation runs exceptionally well.

The Opportunity

As Site Leader, you will take ownership of the day-to-day performance of one of our locations, including the warehouse, customer service/showroom, inventory, facility and on-site team.

This is a hands-on leadership role. You will be visible on the floor, working alongside your team, solving problems, helping customers and holding people accountable for delivering a safe, organized and high-performing operation.

What You'll Be Responsible For

- Lead, coach and hold accountable warehouse and customer service team members.
- Ensure customers receive responsive, knowledgeable and friendly service.
- Oversee orders from receipt through picking, staging and customer pickup.
- Maintain high standards for order, receiving and inventory accuracy.
- Coordinate cycle counts and help reduce inventory shrink and discrepancies.
- Ensure the warehouse and showroom are clean, organized, safe and professional.
- Manage day-to-day facility needs and coordinate outside vendors when repairs or maintenance are required.
- Oversee preventative maintenance of forklifts and material-handling equipment.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, security and fire-code requirements.
- Coordinate with Supply Chain on backorders, inventory needs and product availability.
- Monitor site staffing and productivity and adjust priorities as business needs change.
- Track key site performance measures including order accuracy, inventory accuracy, productivity and safety.
- Identify opportunities to improve workflow,



warehouse organization, customer service and operating costs.

What We're Looking For You may be a strong fit if you have:

- 5+ years of experience in warehouse operations, distribution, building materials, construction supply or a similar environment.
- Previous experience leading and holding a team accountable.
- A strong customer-service mindset and willingness to personally step in when needed.
- Experience with inventory management, receiving, order fulfillment and warehouse operations.
- Experience working with ERP, inventory or warehouse management systems.
- Comfort using Microsoft Office, including Excel.
- Forklift/material-handling experience.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- A practical, hands-on leadership style with a continuous-improvement mindset.

Experience in construction materials, building supply, industrial distribution, big-box retail, Lean/5S or Six Sigma is an asset but not required. A degree in business, supply chain, logistics or operations is helpful, but relevant leadership and operational experience is more important to us.

Salary range: $65,000–$75,000 per year, based on relevant experience.

Pay: $65,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
