Ryan-Murphy Construction Inc. is looking for a hands-on Site Operations Coordinator to support commercial construction and renovation projects. This is a field-based role focused on coordinating site activities, supporting trades, maintaining safety standards, and helping projects stay on schedule and within scope.
This position is ideal for someone with construction experience who enjoys being on site, solving problems, and taking an active role in project delivery, with opportunities for career growth into leadership and project management positions.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily site operations and construction activities.
- Work closely with project managers, trades, subcontractors, and suppliers.
- Monitor project progress, quality, and safety.
- Assist with scheduling, site logistics, material coordination, and project documentation.
- Conduct site inspections and maintain progress records.
- Identify and help resolve site-related issues.
- Perform hands-on site work as needed, including material handling, site organization, and general construction support.
- Maintain professional communication with clients, consultants, subtrades and team members.
Qualifications
- Construction, renovation, or trade experience preferred.
- Valid driver's licence with a clean driving record.
- Ability and willingness to perform hands-on work on active construction sites.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Safety Requirements
- Solid commitment to workplace health and safety.
- Follow and enforce company safety policies and procedures.
- Participate in safety meetings, hazard assessments, and toolbox talks.
- Wear and maintain appropriate PPE.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Ability to work safely in active construction environments.

Pay: $60,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
