As part of the Site Reliability Engineering team, you will leverage troubleshooting skills and collaborate closely with peers to enhance system performance and application health. You'll gain hands-on experience in various environments, including VMWare and Kubernetes, while ensuring service availability globally. Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver Software-as-a-Service applications to customers
- Ensure meeting of service level agreements (SLAs)
- Deploy and support applications and operating systems
- Troubleshoot system performance and application health issues
