Site Superintendent – Permanent – 4304

About the Opportunity

Our client, a well-established general contractor delivering ICI and multi-family construction projects across the Okanagan, is looking to add an experienced Site Superintendent to their team in Kelowna, BC. This is a great chance for a hands-on construction leader to take ownership of day-to-day site operations on a variety of ground-up and renovation projects, working closely with the project management team to ensure safe, on-time, and on-budget delivery.

Duties include but are not limited to:

- Oversee day-to-day on-site construction activities, ensuring work is performed safely, on schedule, and within budget
- Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, trades, and site personnel
- Enforce site safety programs and ensure compliance with WorkSafeBC and OH&S; regulations
- Conduct regular site inspections and quality control checks
- Manage site logistics, material deliveries, and equipment scheduling
- Liaise with the Project Manager, consultants, and clients on project progress, RFIs, and change orders
- Maintain accurate daily site documentation, including reports, schedules, and safety records
- Support project close-out, deficiency management, and warranty items

About You The successful candidate will have the following:

- 5+ years of experience as a Site Superintendent on ICI and/or multi-family construction projects
- Strong knowledge of the BC Building Code, WorkSafeBC regulations, and construction best practices




- Proven ability to manage multiple trades and subcontractors on active job sites
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency with Procore or similar construction management software is an asset
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Post-secondary education in Construction Management or a related field is an asset
