As a Site Superintendent, you will oversee the successful delivery of interior tenant fit-out and abatement projects in Downtown Toronto. You will coordinate construction activities, manage site operations, and ensure project timelines are met while maintaining high safety and quality standards.

Client Details

Our client is an established ICI General Contractor, dedicated to buildings construction projects across the GTA, both renovation / interior fit outs and ground up new builds, with a heavy focus in the institutional and commercial sectors. Due to new project acquisition and growth, they're looking to attract an experienced Site Superintendent to join their team.

Description

- Lead and manage all on-site construction activities for interior tenant fit-out and abatement projects.
- Ensure project milestones are achieved within set timelines and budgets.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and stakeholders to maintain project progress.
- Monitor site safety and enforce compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Conduct site inspections to maintain quality control and adherence to project specifications.
- Resolve on-site issues and provide solutions to minimize delays or disruptions.
- Communicate project updates to project managers and other relevant parties.
- Maintain accurate site documentation, including daily logs and progress reports.
