Job Overview

Osler Bluff Ski Club is seeking enthusiastic and dedicated seasonal Ski Instructors to join our team and share their passion and thrill for winter sports with members and guests. In this role, you will deliver engaging ski lessons, promote safety on the slopes, and foster a love for skiing among individuals of all skill levels. Your energy and expertise will help create memorable experiences that inspire confidence and enjoyment on the snow.

Duties

- Conduct ski lessons tailored to the skill level and goals of each participant, ensuring a positive learning environment
- Demonstrate proper skiing techniques, safety protocols, and hill etiquette to students of all ages
- Assess individual abilities and provide constructive feedback to improve performance
- Maintain safety standards by monitoring slopes, equipment, and participant behavior during lessons
- Communicate effectively with participants, parents, and team members to ensure smooth lesson flow

Requirements

- A minimum of Level 1 Instructor Certification through CASI or CSIA is desired – having both is considered an asset.
- Experience teaching in programs/snow schools would be an asset.
- Strong skiing ability.
- Enthusiastic individuals with a love for winters sports.
- Excellent communication,

- Comfortable working independently and collaborating with a team.
