Looking for 1 Lead Soccer Instructor and 1 Assistant Instructor

Hours are 8:30am-12:30pm on Saturday mornings starting October 17 until December 5, 2026.

Duties and Responsibilities:

- Plan and deliver age-appropriate, engaging, and skill-building soccer sessions.
- Adapt drills and activities to suit varying skill levels and attention spans of young children.
- Provide positive role model leadership and supportive coaching to program participants.
- Ensure appropriate supervision and safety of program participants.
- Create a fun, positive workplace that promotes teamwork, sportsmanship and skill development.
- Set up, take down and maintenance of equipment and supplies before and after each session.
- Maintain program records and assist with program evaluation.
- Adheres to Nustadia Recreation Code of Conduct.

Qualifications:





- Have soccer experience including training, coaching and working with young children.
- Be at least 16 years of age.
- Possess a minimum of one year of previous leadership, customer service or coaching experience.
- Hold current Standard First Aid certification.
- Experience with target population (age 4 – 9) and skill-based outcomes.

Pre-employment Requirements:

- Criminal Record Check with Vulnerable Sector required.
- Successful applicants must provide proof of qualifications at time of interview.

Job Type: Part-time Pay: $26.84-$32.48 per hour
