About KonjDenj

KonjDenj is a Toronto creative production studio. We make video, branded social content, event coverage and photography for a small roster of clients across hospitality, fitness, real estate, and arts and culture. We are a tight team that cares about taste.

About the role

This is the person who goes out and gets it.

You would own two to five brand accounts end to end. Every two weeks each one gets a shoot block, and what you capture becomes their next two weeks: a story a day, a few carousels, a set of short videos. You shoot it, you cut it, you design it, and you hand it over ready to publish.

You would work closely with our creative director and strategist, who sets the direction for each account. You build the shot list with them before every block and bring back what you got.

What you would be doing

- Shooting on location at client sites across Toronto, mostly on phone
- Cutting vertical video for Reels, TikTok and Shorts
- Building story sets that carry an account for two weeks
- Designing carousels and graphics that sit inside each brand's look
- Appearing on camera when a piece calls for it
- Reporting back on what performed and feeding that into the next block Who you are
- You have a portfolio of social work you are proud of. Content you shot, accounts you grew, campaigns you ran. Required.
- You hold a particular standard with your shooting and editing, and it shows
- You genuinely understand what is happening on social right now: the trends coming up, the formats taking off, and the creators worthmfollowing

- You are comfortable and natural on camera
- You were the one who ended up leading the group project, and you liked it
- You keep many moving pieces on track without being chased
- You want creative freedom and ownership
- You are fluent in CapCut, Canva and the native platform editors, and you pick up new tools fast
- You do not need years of agency experience. You need the base skill set and the appetite Bonus points
- Farsi is a real bonus. Some of our accounts publish bilingually
- A production background is a bonus. Set experience, crew work, anything on a proper shoot
- Premiere and Photoshop
- A strong eye for food, interiors or product

The details

- Part time, around 25 hours a week
- $25 to $40 an hour, depending on what you bring
- Two to three shoot days a week at client sites across Toronto. The rest is edit time, wherever you like
- Shoots are daytime. Start times move by account, so some blocks are early and some are midday
