We're hiring a Staff Full-Stack Engineer for a venture-backed B2B SaaS company used by global leaders. As the company continues to scale and invest in new product development, they're looking for a high-impact engineer to help define and build the next generation of their platform.

This is an opportunity to step into a high-ownership, builder role where you'll operate across the stack, influence product direction, and contribute to meaningful technical decisions that shape the future of the business.

They're looking for someone who thrives in ambiguity, can take a product from concept to production, and enjoys solving complex problems alongside product and engineering leaders.

You'll work closely with senior engineers, leadership, and cross-functional partners to build scalable, AI-enabled products that are used by millions of end users. If you've built products in startup or high-growth environments and enjoy balancing technical depth with product thinking, this is a strong opportunity to consider.

Required Skills & Experience

- Strong experience as a (10+ years of experience) Staff-level or senior full-stack engineer in B2B SaaS environments
- Deep expertise with:
- TypeScript
- Node.js
- React

- Experience building and launching new products or major initiatives from zero to production
- Strong product mindset with the ability to translate business goals into technical solutions
- Experience working across both frontend and backend systems




- Comfort operating in startup or high-growth environments with high ownership
- Ability to collaborate closely with product, design, and engineering teams
- Solid communication skills and ability to influence technical direction

Desired Skills & Experience

- Experience working on AI-enabled products
- Familiarity with tools such as Claude, Cursor, or AI-assisted development workflows
- Experience with multi-tenant architectures
- Prior experience at the Staff level or equivalent, operating as a peer to Product and Design
- Strong product intuition with examples of influencing or reshaping product direction
- Experience mentoring engineers and raising engineering standards

- 30% Building and shipping new product initiatives
- 45% Full-stack development across frontend and backend systems
- 15% Code reviews, mentorship, and raising engineering standards
- 10% AI integration and experimentation
