TekStaff's Client has a current vacancy for a Solutions Developer

Duration : This is a 6 months contract located in Toronto, Ont /Hybrid 4 days on site, 1 day from work

- Technical skills required: Javascript (mandatory for front end development), VBA (backend- mandatory), some experience in HTML and CSS
- Need strong experience with SQL (optimize queries), web API methods would be an added advantage, agile operating model, jira/confluence

MUST-HAVE Hard Skills: 1.) 5+ years of code development and SDLC experience

2.) Front end – html, CSS and JavaScript

3.) Backend – VBA

4.) Database – SQL server, optimizing queries and stored procedures

5.) MS Access and MS Excel – Macros

6.) API methods

SOFT SKILLS

1.) Strong communication skills (written and verbal)

2.) Strong demo/presentation skills (describing functionality of end product)

The successful candidate will join the New Build Pod and/or Maintenance Pod within RESL Automation, part of the Colleague Enablement ART. Working in an Agile environment,



the team develops and maintains business solutions that drive process simplification, operational excellence, and colleague enablement across RESL.

- They will be supporting existing production tools used across Operations & Delivery, while also working with business partners and our delivery teams on the creation of new process improvement tools.
- Our team is a passionate team of technically savvy subject matter experts that reside under Operations Performance & Modernization, CPB Operations. We support the ideation, development, deployment and governance of new tools, processes and workflows that support our production teams.
- We embrace Agile methodologies, allowing us to deploy recent tools quickly and efficiently that exceeds the expectation of our business partners.
