We are seeking a friendly and dynamic Spa Sales Associate to join our team at Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa located in our well established Spa in Thornhill. In this role, you will be instrumental in delivering high-level customer service and promoting our range of spa services to current and existing clients. Your contribution will help us maintain our reputation for excellence and client satisfaction.

Essential Job Functions

- Interaction with clients with friendliness and professionalism
- Business growth (promotion of membership sales, services, products)
- Maintenance of reception, spa treatment rooms and common areas
- Operational procedures such as scheduling of client appointments, processing of payments
- Monitoring and handling of requests/queries via media tools, email, website

- Desire to pursue a high level of customer service
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to organize and set work priorities
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
- Ability to exercise a high level of tact, diplomacy,



professionalism and confidentiality

Education/Experience

- High School diploma or equivalency, college / university will be an asset
- Minimum of 1-2 years customer service, sales experience
- Experience in the Spa, Wellness or Hospitality Industries will be a plus
