Spartan Insulation is currently looking to hire a full-time, permanent Spray Foam Insulation Sprayer to join the team.

This is not an entry-level position. Previous spray foam installation experience is required.

What We’re Looking For:

· Experience spraying 2 lb closed-cell spray foam

· Experience operating and maintaining spray foam equipment

· Clean, consistent workmanship and able to complete projects on time including job site cleanup and maintenance, as required

· Reliable and able to work independently or as part of a crew

· Valid driver’s licence required

· Steel-toed safety boots are required

· Experience with open-cell foam, blown-in insulation, BIBS or DC315 is an asset

· Ability to work in confined spaces such as attics/crawl spaces

· Comfortable with physically demanding work: standing, bending, pulling,



pushing, lifting and carrying up to 50 lbs, and ladder use within indoor and outdoor work environments
