As a Machinist, you will be a vital part of our production team, contributing directly to the precision and quality of our products and ensuring operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan machining operations by meticulously reviewing work orders, blueprints, and engineering plans, applying expert knowledge of geometric dimensions and tolerances (GD&T;) to ensure accuracy.
- Manage stock inventory, anticipating needs, and coordinating orders to maintain a steady flow of materials.
- Program and optimize CNC mills and lathes, setting precise instructions, tool registers, and offsets, utilizing mathematical and trigonometric calculations.
- Set up machining equipment, including chucks, tools, and attachments, to prepare for production runs efficiently.
- Load raw materials into feed mechanisms, ensuring safe and correct positioning.
- Verify machine settings and inspect first-run parts and samples against international standards to guarantee quality.
- Maintain machining specifications throughout operations by observing processes, taking measurements, troubleshooting malfunctions, and adjusting controls or tools as needed.
- Ensure a protected working environment by strictly adhering to all safety procedures and regulations.
- Perform preventive maintenance on equipment,



following manufacturer guidelines and troubleshooting issues to minimize downtime.
- Foster continuity across shifts by documenting actions, irregularities, and ongoing requirements.
- Accurately complete production and quality logs, maintaining thorough records.
- Continuously enhance professional knowledge through educational opportunities and technical publications.
- Manufacture rush machine parts and provide machining assistance to the assembly department when necessary.
- Operate and oversee multiple machines as required, maximizing productivity.
- Conduct in-process inspections, ensuring workpieces meet quality standards for subsequent operations.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Support and mentor apprentices, sharing expertise.
- Collaborate effectively with the Operations Manager and assigned leads.
- Report any blueprint discrepancies to the Operations Manager promptly.

Requirements & Qualifications:

- Proficiency in programming utilizing Mastercam, Fusion, and G-Codes.
- Experience operating CMM (Coordinate Measuring Machine) is preferred (1 year).
- Strong understanding of machining parameters, blueprints, and engineering plans.
- Ability to interpret geometric dimensions and tolerances (GD&T;).
- Solid mathematical and trigonometric skills for calculations.
- Commitment to quality assurance procedures and safety regulations.
