About the Role

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Marketing to spearhead the strategic evolution of its marketing function. The successful candidate will be responsible for defining the company's market narrative, building demand across complex, technical buying cycles, and strengthening the brand to reflect the company's technological and commercial prowess.

This role is pivotal as the company transitions to a more sophisticated commercial model, with a focus on deepening enterprise relationships and scaling internationally.



The VP of Marketing will work closely with the Chief Commercial Officer and the sales team to ensure that marketing is a central, strategic partner in the business, and will be accountable for the marketing budget, infrastructure, and team leadership.

This is a hands-on executive role that requires a leader with a strong B2B marketing background, particularly in technical markets such as industrial manufacturing, instrumentation, or complex B2B software. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of building and advancing marketing functions, with a explicit understanding of how to create demand and contribute to commercial growth.
