Catalent is hiring a Fill Compounder as a Manufacturing Technician in Windsor, Ontario. This role involves 100% on-site work with a focus on compounding raw materials and maintaining clean equipment.
Reporting to the Production Supervisor, you will handle raw materials, adhere to standard operating procedures, and ensure compliance with GMPs. The position requires a minimum of 1 year of experience in a manufacturing setting, robust mathematical skills, and a keen attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities:
- Compound raw materials according to Master formulas
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of equipment and work areas
- Check and dispense raw materials as necessary
- Prepare equipment for batch processes in line with GMP
- Complete all required documentation accurately
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent is required
- 1+ years of experience in a manufacturing or GMP environment
- Strong math skills for basic calculations
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
