The Opportunity

Dilawri Group in Ontario is activelyseeking a Finance & Insurance Manager to join the opening team at Kia Vaughan.

Compensation: This is a commission-based position.

Reporting to the General Manager, the Finance &Insurance; Manager will work closely with the dealership's sales team to providecustomers with financing, leasing, insurance, warranty, and protection-productoptions. The successful candidate will deliver an efficient, transparent, andprofessional purchase experience while supporting the dealership's sales andprofitability objectives.

Responsibilities

Presentfinancing, leasing, insurance, extended warranty,



and vehicle-protectionoptions to customers in a clear and professional manner.

Assesscustomer needs and recommend suitable products while ensuring atransparent and customer-focused experience.

Securecompetitive financing and leasing approvals through the dealership'snetwork of financial institutions.

Prepareand complete finance contracts, lease agreements, warranty contracts,insurance forms, and all other required documentation.

Ensureall transactions and customer files are complete, accurate, compliant, andproperly documented.

Coordinatewith the sales team and customers to schedule and manage vehicledeliveries.

Verifythat all financing conditions, down payments, licensing fees, insurancerequirements, and supporting documents are received before delivery.

Submitfinance and lease contracts for funding and promptly resolve anyoutstanding funding requirements.

Maintainaccurate records and take ownership of all assigned deals and customerfiles through completion.

Buildand maintain positive working relationships with lenders, vendors,manufacturer representatives, and internal dealership teams.

Meetor exceed established performance, product penetration, profitability, andcustomer satisfaction objectives.

Stayinformed about available lender programs, manufacturer incentives,industry developments, and regulatory requirements.

Ensurecompliance with OMVIC requirements, lender policies, manufacturerstandards, privacy obligations, and company procedures.

accountable, and high-performing dealership culture.

Qualifications

Oneto three years of automotive Finance & Insurance experience ispreferred.

Demonstratedsales performance and a results-oriented mindset.

Strongunderstanding of automotive financing, leasing, warranties, insurance, andprotection products.

Experienceusing First Canadian and One-Eighty is considered an asset.

ValidOMVIC registration is required.

Excellentverbal and written communication skills.

Strongorganizational skills and attention to detail.

Abilityto manage multiple transactions and competing deadlines in a quick-pacedenvironment.

Provenability to build trust and communicate financial information clearly tocustomers.

Abilityto take ownership of challenges and bring them to a timely and positiveresolution.

Commitmentto ethical sales practices, regulatory compliance, and exceptionalcustomer service.
