For over 20 years, West Coast Steel Ltd. has been a trusted name in structural steel fabrication in the Lower Mainland, delivering quality work on commercial, institutional, and industrial projects throughout BC. We're looking for an experienced Steel Fabricator to join our shop team on afternoon shift.

What you'll do:

- Fabricate structural steel components from shop drawings (beams, columns, HSS, plate, and miscellaneous steel)
- Fit and weld components to CSA W47.1 standards
- Read and interpret fabrication drawings, cut lists, and BOMs
- Operate shop equipment
- Perform quality checks against tolerances and ITP requirements
- Work safely in a fast-paced fabrication shop setting

What you bring:

- Minimum 3-5 years structural steel fabrication experience
- CWB certification (or ability to obtain/maintain ticket) an asset




- Ability to read structural and detail drawings
- Strong fit-up and layout skills
- Reliable, safety-conscious, team player
- Red Seal Fitterticket an asset but not required
