Hardwood Giant is looking for a hands-on and motivated Store Developer to help improve and develop our existing retail locations across multiple markets.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being on the road, working with different teams, solving problems, improving store operations, and turning ideas into action.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

- Visit and evaluate Hardwood Giant stores across multiple locations.
- Identify opportunities to improve store appearance, organization, customer experience, and overall operations.
- Work with store managers and teams to implement improvements.
- Help maintain consistent Hardwood Giant standards across all locations.
- Review product displays, showroom layouts, signage, merchandising, and overall presentation.
- Identify operational issues and recommend practical solutions.
- Coordinate improvements, repairs, maintenance, and store-related projects when required.
- Help stores operate efficiently and provide customers with a professional shopping experience.
- Monitor progress and follow up to ensure improvements are completed.
- Communicate observations, recommendations, and updates to management.
- Travel regularly between multiple Hardwood Giant locations.
- Take on additional store development and operational projects as required.
