Knix is seeking a agile Key Lead to join our Vancouver store team. You will act as leader-on-duty, coach a high-performing staff, and drive store execution according to the Knix selling model to elevate the customer experience. You will own daily operations, open/close shifts, monitor KPIs such as conversion and AOV, and help set targets while ensuring visuals, inventory, and health and safety standards meet Knix's brand standards.
