JOB DESCRIPTON
Position: Service Now Lead
Location: Downtown Toronto, ON (3 days onsite)
Duration: Multiple Years (Open-ended SOW)
Must have:
- Years of experience as a Service Now Developer with a strong understanding of the Service Now platform
- Experience with Java Script, HTML, CSS, and positive knowledge of web technologies.
- Familiarity with REST web services
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Nice to have:
- Experience in Identity Access Management or related Cyber Security field
- Extensive experience in Service Now development, including custom application development, integrations, and automation
Certifications:
- Service Now Certified System Administrator (Mandatory)
- Service Now Certified Application Developer (Optional)
