$50,000/year starting salary

PLEASE NOTE: This position is specifically for our DAVIE STREET location in downtown Vancouver.

Popeye's Supplements is looking for a strong, hands-on Store Manager who genuinely enjoys health, wellness, fitness and supplements.

We're not simply looking for someone who has managed a retail store. We're looking for someone who enjoys sales, KPIs, coaching people and building a team that performs.

You may be a great fit if you:

- Have proven retail management experience
- Understand KPIs and actually enjoy using them to drive results
- Know how to coach, develop and hold a team accountable
- Can build a positive culture while still maintaining high standards
- Have a genuine personal interest in health, wellness, fitness and supplements
- Are comfortable working in a challenging downtown retail setting
- Can confidently handle difficult customer situations while keeping your team and customers safe
- Lead from the floor and aren't afraid to jump in and sell
- Live in Vancouver or can reliably commute to Davie Street

The Opportunity Davie is currently one of our lower-volume locations, which means there is a real opportunity for the right manager to build the team,



improve performance and grow the business.

This isn't a position where we need someone to simply maintain what's already there. We want someone who sees the opportunity and wants to build something.

Compensation

Starting salary: $50,000/year

Following successful completion of the three-month probationary period:

- Potential salary increase up to $55,000/year, based on performance and experience
