Storefront Sales Associate – Part-Time / Full-Time

ChicksX is a crypto and currency exchange serving customers through our physical storefront and online operations. We work in a fast-paced environment where trust, accuracy, sales ability, and excellent customer service are essential.

We’re looking for a reliable, sales-driven Storefront Associate to join our West Vancouver location. The position may begin with shift coverage or part-time hours, with the opportunity for regular part-time or full-time hours based on availability, business needs, and performance.

This role is a great fit for someone with proven retail or sales experience who is comfortable handling financial transactions, building customer relationships, identifying sales opportunities, and taking ownership of store responsibilities.

What You’ll Do

- Assist customers with cryptocurrency and currency exchange transactions.
- Build trust with customers and provide clear, professional service.
- Identify sales opportunities and help convert customer inquiries into transactions.
- Handle cash and customer funds accurately and responsibly.
- Perform transaction calculations and maintain accurate records.
- Support sales reporting and transaction tracking.
- Complete opening, closing, and general storefront responsibilities.
- Maintain a clean, secure, and professional store workplace.
- Communicate actively with the team through Discord.
- Provide reliable shift coverage, including evenings and weekends when needed.

What We’re Looking For

- Previous retail sales, financial services, or other customer-facing sales experience.
- Evidence of strong sales performance, such as consistently meeting targets, generating revenue,



upselling/cross-selling, strong conversion, sales rankings, commissions, or other measurable results.
- Strong communication and customer relationship skills.
- Confidence speaking with customers and recommending solutions.
- High attention to detail when handling money and transactions.
- Strong basic math skills.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of responsibilities.
- Comfortable learning new technology and financial/crypto concepts.
- Experience with cryptocurrency or financial services is an asset, but not required.
- Experience using Discord is an asset.

Requirements
- Legally authorized to work in Canada.
- Able to reliably commute to our West Vancouver storefront.
- Open to candidates seeking shift coverage, part-time, or full-time hours.
- Flexibility for evenings, weekends, holidays, and occasional short-notice coverage is an asset.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Willingness to undergo a background check.
