- Senior Engineer / Lead Engineer (only if aligned with JD level) Technical Skills Robust understanding of: Aircraft structures and materials (metallic & sheet metal) Structural design principles and load paths Stress analysis fundamentals Hands-on experience with: CATIA (mandatory) ENOVIA Drawing standards and GD&T; Domain Knowledge Familiarity with: Aircraft certification requirements (FAR/CS 25) Engineering change processes (ECR/ECO)
