The Role

We are looking for a driven, consultative B2B Sales Professional with a solid background in construction, building envelope solutions, property management networking, or technical field sales.

Your mission is to drive expansion across the Greater Vancouver commercial, strata, and multi-unit property sectors with unlimited growth opportunity. You will run our Free Thorough Assessments, walk properties with facility directors, and educate decision-makers on the value of permanent structural proofing over temporary spray-and-leave vendor models.

What You Bring

- The Rolodex & Network: Existing, active connections with Vancouver-area strata management companies, commercial property managers, building operators, and corporate facility leads.
- Technical Fluency:



An understanding of building construction, foundations, utility penetrations, and exterior envelopes.
- Consultative Approach: The ability to sell high-value solutions ($40k–$50k commercial contract potential) rather than pushing cheap commodities.
- Drive: A hybrid mindset—capable of converting our warm inbound lead flow while aggressively expanding your own network through targeted outreach.
